konis are good on the saph. If you want to realy lower it go for coilovers. But these can be realy hard for road use.I have dropped mine to the floor.Only ever chewed off the trilobs on the inner cv's and that running 400bhp on track and on 1/4miles.

Do you have a 4x4 or 2wd.
Generally u can get away with a lower stance on 2wd with less problems than 4x4.
I would say 4x4 -25mm to -30mm should be ok for while without major problems and 2wd -45mm, my 2wd sits -40mm and i go where i want to go(sometimes with caution!!!)Things to bear in mind for road car are front spoiler will catch at times if not carefull, if u have a straight through big bore exhaust that will catch if your too low on front downpipe or middle section. If your exhaust is tucked but your too low the middle/floor of the car catches humps if u go fast. Also if your car squats hard then the back box hits the ground.
If your too low on these uk roads your drive is very restricted thus spioling the driving experience.
Hope this helps.
